Durra Panel is made from reclaimed wheat straw, a natural and renewable resource, it is compressed into wall and ceiling panels that insulate against sound and heat while being stronger, safer, and superior to plasterboard. It is 100% recyclable, 100% biodegradable and fire resistant. The straw core sequesters CO2 from the atmosphere, locking away carbon within the panel. Low embodied energy of 12.6MJ/m2 (12 times lower than traditional stud & plaster). No chemical additives or glues in the panel core. 1 sqm of Durra Panel = - 31kg of CO2 extracted (8,5 kg of it is stored as carbon within the panel).
