Hemp fibre thermal and acoustic insulation boards

This medium density board is highly vapour ‘breathable’, transporting excess water vapour outward – keeping structures dry and healthy. Fixing of the boards is simple: thermally broken fasteners are installed through the insulation boards to the supporting structure. The board can either be rendered onto or lie behind battens and an air gap for any type of cladding – timber, metal, ceramic or brick. Occupants will benefit from a complete thermal envelope to reduce thermal bridging through framework and a healthy, moisture-regulating fabric.
